I forgot my Password. Now what?

Password Reset Procedure

After clicking the Login option in the upper right hand corner of the YTL Homepage, you will be taken to the Login to your Library page where you will normally provide your Email Address (User Id) and Password.  In the event that you need to reset your password, at that location you can then click Forgot Password? where you can make the request to reset by entering your Email Address in the field provided and hit Submit which will send the request and then present the Password Reset screen.

A Password Reset Code will be sent to the email address specified (assuming it is valid). You need to retrieve that information and enter it into the Authentication Code field along with entering your New Password and Confirming (passwords must match) and then hit Submit.  Once accepted you will return to the primary Login screen where you can now enter your Email address and new password.
