Can I cancel my Yoga Therapy Library subscription?

Cancellation options

You may Cancel your YTL subscription at any time.

Members paying annually have 30 days from the day their payment was made to cancel for a partial refund. YTL will charge these members $12.95 for their month of usage. Once the refund is issued members will no longer be able to access their account. YTL billing systems will send an automated notice of the pending subscription renewal three days before the date of payment. No refunds will be issued for previous month's payments.

When cancelled Monthly, subscriptions will remain active until the last day of the monthly billing period as will the Annual option.  Once this happens the Sequence Builder will no longer be available (access to your collection of sequences will stop), and students who may try and play a sequence online will no longer have access to do so. YTL billing systems will send an automated notice of the pending subscription renewal three days before the date of payment. No refunds will be issued for previous month's payments.

UserId's will remain active in the system such that if you choose to resume your subscription the same credentials can be used to Login and re-subscribe and your collection of My Sequences should be available for up to one (1) year after having been initially cancelled.

Pause option

You may also Pause your YTL subscription for a specified period of time as provided in the billing interface.  During this suspended period of time the same rules apply as above (Sequence Builder/My Collection no longer available during this period). Access will automatically resume the day after the Pause period ends, while appending any unused days (Ex: if you Pause for 30 days, 30 days will be added to your billing period before a next payment is required) to your current billing period.  Billing will then be reset to the new day of the month/year going forward and resume automatic payments.
